From 2014 to 2019, with the support ofparticipating laboratories, Labthink organized 6 times of proficiency service.
Inthe past 6 time proficiency service, permeability results are based on analysisof Z-score statistics. The results of tensile and thickness properties wereanalyzed with Cochran method and Grubbs method, which are usually used instatistical analysis of outliers.
